Web Bridge operates WB SEO Dashboard, a private tool used by authorised Web Bridge personnel to analyse connected Google accounts and prepare reports using OpenAI Codex. It is not offered as a public registration service.

Information We Access
When an authorised user connects a Google account, our tool accesses data permitted by the permissions granted during Google sign-in.
For Google Ads, this may include account identifiers, campaign settings, advertisements, keywords, search terms, product performance, advertising costs, conversions and conversion values.
Where connected and authorised, Google Analytics and Google Search Console data may also be accessed to analyse website traffic, sales and search performance.
We store OAuth credentials needed to maintain the authorised connection. We do not receive or store your Google account password.
How We Use Information
We use connected account data to:
- Review advertising, website and search performance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaigns and website performance.
- Run authorised reporting and monitoring tasks.
Processing and Sharing
Relevant account data and reports may be sent to OpenAI through Codex to perform requested analysis. This means processing is not limited to our local computers.
OpenAI’s handling of that information is governed by the applicable service terms, privacy policy and account settings. Information may be processed outside Australia.
We do not sell Google account data. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers needed to operate the tool. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Storage and Retention
OAuth credentials and exported reports are stored on computers or systems used by Web Bridge. Data submitted through Codex may also be retained within that service according to the applicable account settings and terms.
We retain local reports and exports for [insert your actual retention period or deletion rule]. When a connection is permanently discontinued, we remove its stored credentials. Existing reports are handled according to our retention policy.
Security
We restrict access to connected accounts, credentials and reports to authorised personnel and use reasonable safeguards to protect them against unauthorised access or disclosure.
Your Choices
You can revoke the tool’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings:
Revoking access stops future authorised retrieval but does not automatically delete information already stored.
