Web Bridge operates WB SEO Dashboard, a private tool used by authorised Web Bridge personnel to analyse connected Google accounts and prepare reports, dashboards and recommendations through OpenAI Codex. The tool is not offered as a public registration service.
This policy explains how Web Bridge accesses, uses, stores and shares Google account data through this tool.

Information We Access
WB SEO Dashboard accesses information from Google accounts that an authorised user connects. The information available depends on the permissions granted during Google authorisation and the accounts that user can access.
Depending on the connected services, this may include:
- Google Ads: Account identifiers, campaign settings, advertisements, keywords, search terms, product performance, impressions, clicks, advertising costs, conversions and conversion values.
- Google Analytics: Property identifiers and website or ecommerce reporting data, including traffic sources, page activity, events, purchases and revenue where available.
- Google Search Console: Website property identifiers, search queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rates and average search positions.
We also store OAuth credentials, including refresh tokens, to maintain authorised connections without requiring sign-in for every request. We do not receive or store your Google account password.
How We Use Information
We use connected Google account data to:
- Review advertising, website, ecommerce and organic search performance.
- Compare performance over time and investigate changes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaigns and website performance.
- Perform authorised reporting and monitoring tasks.
- Maintain historical records that support ongoing analysis.
Access to connected accounts does not make their information publicly available.
Processing and Sharing
Relevant Google account data, prompts, reports and analysis results may be submitted to OpenAI through Codex to carry out requested reporting and analysis. Processing is therefore not limited to Web Bridge’s local computers.
OpenAI processes information under the applicable service terms, privacy policy and account settings. Information submitted through Codex may be stored or processed outside Australia.
Access to Google account data is limited to authorised Web Bridge personnel and service providers involved in operating the tool and providing the reporting and analysis described in this policy. These providers include OpenAI.
We do not sell Google account data. We may disclose information where required by law.
Storage and Retention
Web Bridge retains reports, exports and analysis records on an ongoing basis to support historical comparisons, reporting and continuity of work. We do not apply a fixed automatic deletion period.
Records may be deleted when no longer required or in response to an applicable deletion request. Where we retain information after a deletion request, we will explain the applicable business or legal reason.
OAuth credentials are retained while a connection remains in use and removed when it is permanently discontinued.
Reports, exports and credentials may be stored on computers or systems used by Web Bridge. Information submitted through OpenAI Codex is retained according to the applicable OpenAI service terms and account settings. Deleting a local record does not necessarily delete copies held within Codex.
Security
We restrict access to connected accounts, OAuth credentials, reports and analysis records to authorised personnel.
OAuth credentials are used to authenticate authorised connections and are not intended for inclusion in reports or public content. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.
Revoking Access and Requesting Deletion
You can revoke the tool’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings.
Revoking access prevents future retrieval through that authorisation. It does not automatically delete reports, exports, chat records or other information already stored.
To request access to, correction of or deletion of information held by Web Bridge, email [email protected]. Please identify the relevant account or records without sending passwords, tokens or other credentials.
We will assess requests subject to applicable legal obligations and explain any information we need to retain. Requests concerning information stored through Codex will also depend on the deletion controls and terms available for that service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the tool or our data handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek renewed authorisation.
